Today is my anniversary and I had such an epic fail with my wife. As you have probably already guessed the failure occurred because I completely forgot that it was my anniversary and instead of doing something romantic with my wife I went to the ballgame with my best friend John. I was at the ballgame when I remembered that it was my anniversary but it was too late. All of the jewelry stores were closed and my wife was sitting home alone mad at me because I forgot. It is so frustrating but I am only a man and I forget things like anniversaries. I do not know how I am supposed to remember silly dates all of the time and I do not think that it is fair that she got mad at me. It does not mean that I love her any less and I think that we have a great relationship still.
